{"id":7884,"date":"2022-01-25T16:41:55","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T21:41:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.360mediations.com\/en\/?p=7884"},"modified":"2022-01-25T16:41:58","modified_gmt":"2022-01-25T21:41:58","slug":"defendants-payment-terms-outright-rejected-and-debtor-ordered-to-pay-full-debt-immediately","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mail.360mediations.com\/en\/defendants-payment-terms-outright-rejected-and-debtor-ordered-to-pay-full-debt-immediately\/","title":{"rendered":"Defendant\u2019s Payment Terms Outright Rejected and Debtor Ordered to Pay Full Debt Immediately"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Defendant\u2019s Payment Terms Outright Rejected and Debtor Ordered to Pay Full Debt Immediately.\u00a0 <\/strong>The Defendant in this Small Claims Court action got a rude awakening when they thought their proposed payment terms ($500 per month) would be accepted as a matter of right.\u00a0 The presiding judge ruled that proposed payment terms in general are just that \u2013 proposals, and not binding on the parties or the court.\u00a0 In this instance, after hearing evidence from both sides during this Terms of Payment Hearing under Rule 9.03 of the Rules of the Small Claims Court, O.
